Hotel Perk is entering a new chapter

Hotel Perk is entering a new chapter. Its new owner is becoming Marcel Soural and the Trigema Group, which is adding it to its investment portfolio.

Behind this change stands a personality who has long been striving to restore top-quality standards to Czech architecture. Through his projects, Marcel Soural operates at the intersection of development, art, and public space. In collaboration with David Černý and the Black n’ Arch studio, projects are created that go beyond conventional perceptions of architecture—such as Fragment in Prague’s Karlín district or the developing industrial quarter Lihovar. In the future, they will be joined by the striking Top Tower project, which aims to become the tallest building in Prague.

Trigema is also developing leisure and experiential projects—such as the Monínec area, the Rokytnice ski resort, and the Dog in Dock winery, whose wines you can also taste in our restaurant and hotel lobby.

A long-term part of Marcel Soural’s activities is also support for the non-profit sector; among other things, he has been cooperating with Centrum Paraple for more than twenty years.

For us, this partnership also has a personal dimension. Marcel Soural comes from Šumperk—and it is here that he is now returning with a project that connects quality, architecture, and a long-term vision.

We believe that this new chapter will bring further development while preserving what is essential to Perk—its atmosphere, attention to detail, and relationship to its place.
